Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive a Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with outbound calling, lead generation, maintaining client databases, and managing social media platforms to support marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and nurture potential clients.
  • Build, update, and maintain accurate client and prospect databases.
  • Handle initial client interactions, share company offerings, and set up follow-up meetings.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support event promotions and campaigns.
  •  Track performance of telemarketing and social media activities, providing regular reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or social media handling (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in making outbound calls and engaging with clients.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and basic digital marketing concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
