Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and client acquisition for Ecube. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in corporate, and government/association clients. This role is best suited for a professional with strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, government bodies, and industry associations.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and negotiate business contracts.
  • Represent Ecube at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client commitments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in event industry sales.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, government, and association ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
  • Existing industry network will be an added advantage.
